The source code to the Morris Worm, which spread by exploiting a daemon implementing the Finger Protocol.
(Lately I've used finger mainly to figure out which type of science somebody does if they're running big jobs on a supercomputer. But, I remember actually using it across systems back in 1993 or so.)
